Crockpot Pork Loin
How to make Easy Crockpot Pork Loin
We all know the Crockpot can be a great way to put together a complicated dish, with lots of ingredients, without a lot of work. Like my Crockpot Detox Soup, which is packed with eight different healthy veggies. Or Grandma’s Crockpot Lasagna, which has all the layers a great lasagna needs right in the crock.
But that doesn’t mean a Crockpot meal has to be complicated. In fact, sometimes the simplest dishes are the most satisfying.
Take this Crockpot Pork Loin. It’s got only four ingredients: pork loin, beef broth, onion soup mix, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Yet this simple recipe makes the juiciest, most flavorful pork loin you’ll ever taste. The long, slow cooking makes the meat extra tender, and the savory flavors of onion, beef broth, and Worcestershire just soak right in.

How long do you cook a 3 1/2 pork loin in the crock pot??
If I don’t want to add the onion soup mix what can I put in it’s place? Or is it necessary to put anything in?
The onion soup mix is a major part of the seasoning for the meat. So if you omit it, make sure to replace it with a different, preferred seasoning.
This awesome easy recipe . You can just some beef broth I or water the meat will make a nice gravy I use onion mix but I do with out too and add fresh onion as well.
Can I add potatoes and carrots to this recipe?
Yes! I would put them around the the pork loin.
Hello when would you place the carrots and baby red potatoes if I wanted to add them?
I would add them in at the beginning, and just make sure you cut them into large chunks.
When should carrots n tators be added
I would add the carrots and potatoes in at the beginning, cut into large chunks.
I am cooking this meal as I type. I have 2.5 lbs pork tenderloins (2 fillets). What is shown on/in the pictures above showing the meat inside the crock pot as mine looks bigger?. Is the meat pictured above 2 fillets? Or one fillet? Additionally, I was wondering if I was to add red potatoes and carrots when would they be added? Thank you
Hi Audrey, I hope this turned out well for you. The fillet is 1 2.5lb tenderloin. I would add the carrots and potatoes in at the beginning, cut into large chunks.
Trying it tonight but can I use something besides beef broth and not water
