Honey Garlic Crockpot Meatballs

Honey Garlic Crockpot Meatballs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 TB soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28oz) Â bag fully cooked, frozen meatballs
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic.

- Place frozen meatballs in a 3-4 quart crockpot and pour sauce over meatballs. Stir so all meatballs are coated evenly. Cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

I just tasted the stirring spoon. OMG so good! Going to make brown rice. Doubled the sauce after reading not much sauce. Looking forward to my meal!!
These were wonderful. Made them for a shower and had to give out the recipe.
7 minutes in the pressure cooker to works as well for frozen pre cooked meatballs
Easy to assemble and good flavor. Next time might double sauce.
We all loved the taste- next time we will double the ingredients for the sauce so more sauce when serving over rice. A hit – will do it again
