Dessert for breakfast? Yes you can!
Blueberry pie is one of my FAVORITE desserts during the summer months. Since I am always dreaming of a way to eat dessert for breakfast, I decided to make my dreams com true with this smoothie!
My Blueberry Pie Smoothie taste like just like a slice of blueberry pie, complete with graham cracker crust and whipped cream!
Note: If you do not have frozen fruit to use for the smoothies, fresh fruit will work just fine. If using fresh fruit, make sure to add a handful of ice to the other ingredients before blending. The frozen fruit just adds that cold element to make an ice cold drink.

I am always on the lookout for a good smoothie recipe – I am picky about them, but one that tastes like blueberry pie?? Sounds like smoothie heaven to me. 🙂

I have not made so I can not rate the recipe yet.
When you say 4 graham crackers then say 2 long sleeves makes me think:
~ 4 graham crackers not broken apart,
~ 2 long sleeves makes it sound like 2 of the packs out of a box of graham crackers.
I would expect it to be the 4 unbroken apart crackers, not 2 sleeves, using logic. I think if you could clarify that would be helpful. Beginners might have same question or assume the wrong option.
Corey says
Yes, 4 graham crackers not broken apart. Thank you for the clarification 🙂

Just made this recipe and it was sooo yummy as is!
I prefer a thicker smoothie though, so after taste test I did add 1/2 a frozen banana and an extra 1/4 cup frozen blueberries to thicken it and it was perfect to my liking!
I’d also mention that as an avid smoothie drinker, I wouldn’t say this yields 2 large smoothie. More like 1 large or 2 small cups! 🙂 Thank you for the great recipe!
