We loved the flavor! I couldn’t get the drippings to thicken up though. Any tips?

  3. Frances BURGER says:

Savory and tender! Served the first night with mashed potatoes and the second night, served sandwiches on ciabatta bread and provolone cheese and with the reduction as a dipping sauce.

  4. This is now a family favorite. My daughters and I have an e-cookbook so that we can share and add recipes no matter where they are. One is in college, 1 is moving to Chicago after Grad school and one is in high school here at home. They make your Balsamic Beef for themselves and their friends. Also made a double batch at Christmas for a family dinner with our extended family from out of town. Everyone loved it – kids and adults!
