Do you want to know what I love most about this recipe?  These Honey Garlic Crockpot Meatballs can be served as an appetizer or a main meal!

Isn’t that great! So keep a bag of frozen meatballs on hand for those nights when you don’t know what to have for dinner, OR need a crowd pleasing appetizer.

Honey Garlic Crockpot Meatballs

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28oz)  bag fully cooked, frozen meatballs

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic.

  2. Place frozen meatballs in a 3-4 quart crockpot and pour sauce over meatballs. Stir so all meatballs are coated evenly. Cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients
 

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 TB soy sauce

  • 1 28oz bag fully cooked, frozen meatballs

    I am making these for family get together Christmas eve. The sauce is awesome. I added a little bit of jalapeno to the recipe cause my boys and grandsons like a kick!

    This recipe is always a hit!!! One of my favorites. I like to double the rice recipe and do it over rice! Never a complaint.

    Used this sauce with my Gardien Meatless Meatballs. It was amazing!! I made it for Thanksgiving as I knew there wouldn’t be many vegan dishes (I used agave nectar instead of honey) and all the meat-eaters loved it too.
