I loved these meatballs! I used the Angus beef frozen ones from Walmart. I also doubled the sauce amount because I like lots of sauce. They are very tasty….I couldn’t stop sampling them, LOL. I gave my sister and some friends the recipe too. Id definitely serve these to company. My new favourite recipe!!!

I wasn’t sure on the garlic conversion to organic in-a-jar minced garlic… So I kinda guessed so it looks like your picture. Also, I made 2 batches and added a tiny amount of ginger powder to balance out the sweet to one batch. Now I’m crossing my fingers. wow! It sure smells good! 😃. I used the dark brown sugar… Drooling in my kitchen. Thank you for your recipe!!!

  5. I recently discovered Family Fresh Meals (FFM) and I love it! The recipes are great. I made these meatballs yesterday for a Christmas decorating party. I used homemade meatballs because I prefer them and I have a great recipe for tender tasty meatballs. I knew the sauce in this recipe is good because I tried FFM’s recipe for the lil smokies using the same sauce. The only thing I did different with my sauce for the meatballs was to add about 3/4 teaspoon of fresh chopped ginger and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes. It was fantastic and the rave of the party.

    1. So happy everyone at the party loved them!
