But really…..how could cauliflower taste just like my beloved fried rice?Â
I am happy to report that this Cauliflower Fried Rice taste absolutely like fried rice!!! Both my girls are a big fan of fried rice. They didn’t blink an eye when I put a bowl of this cauliflower fried rice in front of them.  Little D ate her whole bowl and asked for more! Have fun mixing in your favorite vegetables and proteins. My favorite so far has been to add in some eggs and egg whites and a ton of veg.

Thank you for posting the recipe!!! I thoroughly enjoyed it and I really thought my husband wouldn’t even try it because it was cauliflower and he loved it!! Do you have the calories, fat etc. for this? I will make sure to check out your other recipes!
Thank you again!
Made this over the weekend after it was recommended by a friend…in a work delicious!
A couple of months ago we made the change to a Paleo diet. Sad to leave behind my rice and potatoes, but man, I feel so much better! Came across your recipe and tried it (I’m NOT a great cook!)… it was so easy and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Since then, I’ve made it about once a week… changing out the soy sauce for coconut aminos… adding sesame oil (per a suggestion above), tonight I added in chicken when I cooked the onion and garlic. It was fantastic… even my 12 year old son raves about it every time. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this!!! 🙂
This was fantastic. I added about 1/4lb ground beef/fresh veggies from the garden(bock choy, squash, carrots, onions and garlic) I added some rice wine vinegar and siracha sauce and some soy sauce. Both my teenage sons and hubby each had 3 bowls…This is a definite make again. Thanks
Thanks for sharing this. I’m doing my best to try and eat better. This was just what I was looking for.
One suggestion though, try a bit of oyster sauce in that too. I made fried rice for years and it never tasted like the yummy restaurant stuff. I happened upon a post somewhere who was asking about it, as they were experiencing the same problem. Nearly everyone replied about the oyster sauce.
I tried it and wow! It really does add the umph that is needed. Not to worry if you don’t like oysters either, because it doesn’t impart a fishy taste in small amounts.
Anyway, just thought you may wish to try it and see what you think.
Thanks again for sharing! I’m just now dipping my toes into the cauliflower arena. I’m trying to learn about it and see how it works for me. 🙂
