  1. Hi Corey, I made my meatballs frssh and baked them in oven and then let them cook. Should I still
do 4 hours or just 2 with sauce and then meatballs? People will use toothpicks to eat the meatballs so afraid 4 hours may make them fall apart!l?? SOS please and thank you!

    1. Sorry Tessa, I can’t say for sure. Maybe add them in closer to the 2 hour mark then, since all you are doing it heating them up and not actually cooking them

  2. 5 stars
Hi Corey, can I make the meatballs in my crock pot tonight, store overnight in the fridge and reheat for a gathering the next day? Wanted to be sure the same favors would still be there and meatballs not fall apart while using toothpicks.

    1. Yes, that will work out just fine Carol!

Corey, I reheated the meatballs in a nonstick skillet but I made the sauce again, added it over the meatballs, covered the skillet and heated on LOW, stirring occasionally. When I removed the meatballs the day before there wasn’t much sauce remaining even though I doubled it originally. That extra sauce on the reheat was just the thing. Everyone at our party absolutely loved them – even the kids. Thank you so much!

    3. Next time I make these, I’ll add fresh ginger and cut the brown sugar. Otherwise, excellent with a dash of Sriracha and Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce.

  3. Can you just bake the meatballs, and heat up the sauce separately, then toss them together before serving?

    1. Yes, I think that would work ok 🙂

  4. I used a 52 ounce bag of meatballs and tripled everything else. Turned out great and was asked multiple times for the recipe.

  5. New favorite…very good!
