I made this yesterday and it was WONDERFUL. The only thing I did different was use canned items instead of frozen and regular white potatoes. My husband and son devoured it…only problem is there were no leftover and I have to cook again tonight. Greaat recipe!!
I made this tonight, and hubby and I loved it! I’m not a fan of tomato in stew, so I left the tomato paste out. The meat was nice and tender, and the flour/water mixture made a nice gravy. I will be making this again.
I am putting this together tonight to start tomorrow morning. I am sick with a cold and a headache and my husband put the peas in already by mistake and the water. What do you think will happen?
Did all the ingredients fit the pot? will there be room to double it? 🙂
How big is your crockpot? I used a 6qt for this recipe.
Looking for crock pot recipes that have everything in them, no extra side dishes required, no separate browning etc. This looks perfect. Been married 51 years and I’m getting a little tired of cooking but still like to eat good food and so does my husband. Thanks! Lynda
